Today, I’m going to teach you my favorite technique for personal growth called EFT, short for Emotional Freedom Techniques. EFT is a very powerful healing technique that’s very simple to learn and use and has helped people with all kinds of mental, emotional, and physical issues. It involves tapping on nine different acupressure points on your face and body as you remind yourself of whatever issue you want to heal or release. It’s a very powerful technique.
Once you learn EFT, you will have a wonderful new tool that you’ll be able to use for the rest of your life to help you live a life of well-being and fulfillment. If you’re one of the few people who are already familiar with EFT, this eCourse will remind you of how powerful EFT is and show you ways to use it to make your life better in every way.
The Five Steps to an Inspiring Life
After I teach you EFT, I’m going to go over the five key steps to living an inspiring life. Briefly, the five steps are:
Step One: Affirm
In this lesson, I will help you get clear about what you really want, what really inspires you, and then I will teach you how to phrase your goal in a way that will help you feel enthusiastic and motivated to really go for it.
Step Two: Clear
In this lesson, I will teach you how to discover the negative beliefs that have been holding you back from fully committing to your dreams and then I will teach you how to use EFT to release these beliefs completely. The reason that most of us haven’t achieved our heartfelt dreams up to this point in our lives is because we have a whole set of negative beliefs about ourselves and our potential and about how we believe the world will react to what we have to offer. But these are just thoughts. And I will teach you how to let them go with EFT.
Step Three: Envision
Once you release these limiting beliefs, you will begin to feel a sense of enthusiasm and excitement when you think about your goal. This is the perfect time to visualize what you want. In this lesson, I will show you how to use your most powerful creative tool to do this: your imagination. I will also tell you about a unique visualization technique that will help you draw what you want to you in a very powerful way. We’ll also talk about the Law of Attraction and how EFT is the key to manifesting whatever you want in your life.
Step Four: Center
In this lesson, I will show you how to connect with the unconditional source of well-being within you. We often mistakenly think that we can only feel good if the right circumstances are all lined up perfectly in our lives. This kind of conditional well-being creates a fear that these good feelings can be taken away. But that is not true. In this lesson, I will be going over some helpful techniques to help you reconnect with the unconditional well-being within you so that you can have a direct experience of it yourself. When we know that our well-being is unconditional and it doesn’t depend on anything outside of ourselves, we can release all fear and feelings of vulnerability. We can stretch ourselves to try new things because we know our well-being doesn’t hinge on our success or failure. In this lesson, I will show you how to use EFT to come back to your natural state of unconditional well-being in a matter of minutes. I will also teach you some additional easy-to-use meditation techniques to help you quickly feel your unconditional well-being as well.
Step Five: Act
In this lesson, I will show you how to take inspired action. Once you clear away the negative beliefs about yourself and your potential, you will naturally find that your enthusiasm and inspiration begin to well up within you. You’ll know when you’ve done enough tapping on an issue when you begin to feel excited about taking the next step to achieve your goal. Next, we’ll cover some tips on how to create a useful Game Plan to map out your journey to success at your inspired goal. Plus, I’ll give you some tips for connecting with your inner wisdom and getting answers to any question you might have.

Lesson One: Learning How to Do EFT
I’m going to begin by teaching you my favorite technique for healing and well-being: Emotional Freedom Techniques or EFT.
EFT is a very simple technique to learn but don’t let that fool you. It has so much potential to truly transform your life. Plus, it’s relatively quick to learn and use. In many cases, you can release negative feelings and old, troubling beliefs with EFT in a matter of minutes. It is truly amazing.
As I said before, EFT involves simply tapping on nine different acupressure points on your face and body while you are thinking about whatever issue you would like to release. Each of these acupressure points are related to key energy meridians and healing points based on traditional Chinese medicine and the energy channels in the body which are mapped out by that system.
Here’s my understanding of how EFT works: whenever we have a negative emotional reaction to something, it constricts our energy system. This can be triggered by things like a negative belief, a painful past memory, a physical symptom, or a difficult experience. By tapping on these nine acupressure points while you are recalling whatever it is that closes down your energy, you are causing your energy channels to stay open while you focus on an issue that normally would constrict them. As a result, you are reprogramming your nervous system to stay open and relaxed when you think about this issue. That means that you will feel a sense of peaceful well being instead of negative emotion when you think about this issue. This is how you are meant to feel as you live your life; this is your natural state.
How to do EFT

Go ahead and use this guide to practice releasing an issue that’s bothering you right now. Make sure you go through a few rounds until you get the intensity rating down to a zero or one. This won’t take very long and it will really help you experience the power of EFT for yourself.

Try It on Everything
As Gary Craig, the originator of EFT, says, try it on everything. Most of the time, you’ll get great results with EFT in a very short time. However, it’s worth saying that persistence will also really pay off with EFT. Just stick with it and whatever issue you’re focusing on will get better. Plus, as you are tapping listen for your inner guidance about what to tap on to help you address this issue. Sometimes, an old memory will flash into your mind as you are tapping. This is your inner wisdom telling you that you should tap on that specific memory in order to release you from whatever issue you are focusing on. EFT works great for releasing intensity around painful past experiences, trauma, and PTSD. So, as I said, try it on everything and I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
